        Intelligence quotient (IQ) is primarily used to measure one's cognitive abilities such as the ability to learn or understand new situations; Reasoning through the ability to apply one's knowledge in a given situation or setting and in the present situation.

       Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills do not limit themselves to empathy, insight, imagination, flexibility, stress management, management, truthfulness, honesty, interpersonal skills, and interpersonal skills, but beyond.

     Why 80: 20? Well, because, EQ helps individuals build and maintain relations with peers and superiors, increases productivity and opens up doors for clarity in communication (good listening habit is integral to EQ ).

    When hiring, look at a person’s EQ instead of a corporate IQ. Having a high IQ will help build a certain amount of interpersonal and interpersonal skills.
